Habanada NOT HOT Sauce
Habanadas are heatless habaneros. This is for when you want those wonderful and distinct flavors that come from habaneros, but without the capsaicin.
The feeling of this sauce is so unique, because you've grown so accustom to these flavors being pair with intense heat, so at first, you kinda brace for the heat to come, but then it never does. Then, you can enjoy the tropical, citrusy, and floral flavors of the pepper.
This sauce works well in the cuisines that normally feature potent chilies, i.e., Caribbean, Mexican, & Indian.
Ingredients: Habanada Pepper, Distilled Vinegar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Metabisulfite.
