Well-aged kimchi is used as the base. So this carries all the complexity and savoriness of a kimchi, but in a full bodied and potent hot sauce form.

Ingredients: Kimchi (Napa Cabbage, Onion, Daikon, Scallion, Sea Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru, Shiitake, Kelp), Fermented Chili Mash, Xanthan Gum.
